Who we are
I’m Pratheek, founder of MotivOcean.
I’ve always enjoyed solving challenges. Right from puzzles in school, to building out an entire service management platform from scratch for my business, to working with large global brands to enhance their customer experience.
Having co-founded, fund-raised for and successfully sold a company, I’ve had intensive experience with most functions that comprise a great business. I specialise in strategy, technology, solution design, culture and organisational development.
I created MotivOcean because I believe there is such a lack of accessible, credible advice for businesses today.
A combination of strategic thinking, common sense, facilitation & coaching skills and a strong hold on Technology allow us to help connect dots for businesses regardless of Industry.
