Who we are
I’m Pratheek, founder of MotivOcean Consulting.
I’ve always enjoyed solving challenges. Right from puzzles in school, to building out an entire Service Management platform from scratch for my business, to working with large global brands to enhance their Customer Experience.
Having co-founded, fund-raised for and successfully sold a company, I’ve had intensive experience with most functions that comprise a great business. I specialize in Technology, Solutioning, Culture and Organizational Development.
I created MotivOcean because I believe there is such a lack of affordable, effective advice for businesses today.
A combination of Design Thinking, Common Sense, Facilitation & Coaching Skills and a strong hold on Technology allow us to help connect dots for businesses regardless of Industry.

The Process
1. Challenge Identification
First off we need to make sure we’re all on the same page about what we’re trying to achieve. More often than not, the lack of a clear vision is what dooms many endeavors to failure. This stage can include a bunch of tools and conversations.

2. Solution Design
Now that we have full context about what we’re trying to do, we can begin to explore how to do it. We will need to go through a process of divergent and then convergent thinking and consensus building to arrive at the most effective way(s) to hit our goals.

Here we’ll outline some SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for your teams to follow: clear outlines and checklists for success at every level of the business that’s involved with the goal we’re trying to achieve. We’re also going to have a clear budget for how this entire plan is to pan out.
3. Execution
This is probably the most important stage in executing any strategy for a business. Disciplined and Adaptive execution is key to hitting those goals we outlined in Step 1.
